I'm trying to use clipless pedals with a stationary exercise bike with a humongous 25 cm Q factor, naturally I want the shoes as close to the crank arms as possible, but it it likely better to angle the toes out or keep them neutral? Using yellow SPD-SL cleats and shimano shoes so there's quite a bit of adjustability.
Have had some mild medial (inner) knee pain and don't want to aggravate it.
