My cleats have somehow managed to gouge little runners in the bottom of my shoes and now, despite my best efforts, slide and move over the course of a ride.
Any reason not to epoxy them on? Cleats seem to last me a similar amount of time to an SPD shoes but, should the cleats need replacing, what's the chance of expoxy allowing new cleats to be attached.
Any alternatives to epoxy?
Cheers

a layer of cut-up innertube underneath might hold them still - I've never done it though, obvz

I'll check the back of the utility room. Good call, thanks.
