I need to clean the bar tape on my CX bike (yes I knbow white isn't perhaps the best colour for a CX bike).

The tape is the synthetic stuff (can't remember the type) so what's the best way to clean it back to white.

Cheers

Ken

I've got white tape on one of my road bikes and when it gets a bit grubby I clean it by...

...removing it and fitting new tape.

There really is no other way.

Or WD40. I find Fizik the easiest to clean followed by Deda. Best tip though that everyone forgets.... Wash your gloves!!! It realy is that easy to keep white bar tape white
