In the Classifieds section, would it be helpful to add subcategories in the For Sale section for Bikes, Components, Miscellaneous etc.? I'm looking for a new bike at the moment and it's proving time consuming wading through a sea of irrelevant, to me anyway, posts trying to find what I'm looking for. Merely a suggestion.

Go to eBay? One of the joys of the classifieds is wading through and finding something shiney you don't really need.
there's not that many new posts a day people combine all their stuff into one sale anyway due to the forum rules.

If you make replacements such as AT and DOT for @ and . people can still use it but it's not as easily machine readable.

I hate forums that have separate categories for stuff - faffage looking through different areas, people put stuff in wrong categories etc... I much prefer the STW way of lumping it all together.
