Before Christmas a guy called Alex Paxton was fined for stopping just in front of the green cycling box. I talked about it on her and was staggered by the amount of people who said he deserved it. Oh well...Those of you who thought it was outrageous will be pleased to hear that the CPS eventually dropped the prosecution. Hurrah!
Anyways, it would seem police attitudes towards cyclists are still not getting any better.
The guy talked about in this campaign got fined for cycling just outside the cycling section of a shared use pavement. Check out the youtube footage, it's ridiculous.
