Quite liking the look of the frame, but at 5.10 I'm right in the middle of m or m/l...
Anyone here got one and can give sizing input??

I am the same size on a Samurai65.
I'm pretty confident either will be absolutely fine. Mine is an M, but the M/L is the same sort of general size as a large Nomad, which I also have.
I'm 6ft1 but with short legs for my height. I'm on a L rootdown with a 40mm stem.
Size on TT length and desired stem length.
At 5ft10 I'd defo go M/L.
