hi,
i have a 1.5" to 1 1/8" CK Devolution headset
if i change the baseplate from a devo to a standard 1.5" will this enable me to run a tapered steerer tube?
the upper part of my headset already sorts the 1 1/8" steerer part,
im assuming the cups on the 1.5" headset and the devo headset are the same and just the baseplate is different?

My brother did this on his 'dale. Just changed the crownrace and the lower bearing
