Right, you're approx. 14st, a 3rd Cat that's more suited to circuits than open road races and you fancy some new wheels. You will be bucking the new trend for wider-is-better and running Schwalbe 700x23c Ultremo tyres.
Your choice is either:

Fulcrum Racing 5 (2015-non LG version) which are light but std rim, or
Fulcrum Quattro (2015-non LG version) which are heavier but more aero

THESE ARE THE ONLY 2 OPTIONS AVAILABLE, so which do you go for and why?

I'd go Quattro if mainly flat courses

(well I wouldn't go with either of those but that isn't an option)

Aero trumps lightweight.

You spend most of your time in the pack so aero isn't that important. Lighter for acceleration for sprints and closing down gaps.

15st here and I've got 5's and Quattro's.

I much prefer the Quattro's as they seem to roll much better, had a few broken spokes with the few pairs of 5's I've had, none on the Quattro's though.

Wow, cheers drive knows something the rest of the world doesn't. Or is wrong.

I'd get the aero ones for the tiny speed difference but moresi strength (presuming same spoke count).

Oh and def get eider tyres when you need new ones.

You big roadie poof!

I've got the 5's
They'll be coming off & most likely in the bin before my first race of the season.
