I was wondering about having a go a the Chiltens challenge event this weekend have never riden there and as I live in north Kent I wondered what the conditions are like and what sort of surface most of the trails there.

Mostly dry a few sections in the woods are a bit boggy, the surface is gritty and stony, the ridgeway sections are chalky, if you like riding fast flowing singletrack you will love this event
