Wow what a day. Didn't really think Chicksands would be my cup of tea due to it being more kinda jump park/BMX/jump bike orientated with a little bit of DH thrown in for good measure but I'm massively impressed with the amount of fun I had.
Looking around I kinda felt a bit overbiked seeing everyone totally 'gnaring' it on hardtails compared to my 120mm full sus Lapierre but the DH was nice and fast. Bonty XR4s seemed the grippiest tyres in the world to me, couldn't seem to slip at all until the very end of our day when I crashed on the very last corner of the very last decent haha.
What and where were you riding today? Was it the best days riding so far this year?
Had an awesome day with some DH at Rogate and then the afternoon at Hindhead.
