Could do with being in available in petite sizes (she claims to be 5'2" but its closer to 5' nothing)
Bit out of touch with cheapo full builds to be honest so advice appreciated.

Mrs_oab has an XtraSmall Cannondale F900SL, Deore, XT, Hope and Coda gear on board - all for the princely sum of a few weeks 'wanted' adverts and 250 of your English pounds.... 😀 I suspect it blows away much below £1000 in terms of lightness, speed and gear on it.

To be honest if I wasn't on the other side of the planet from her - it would be second hand / I would build it up for her etc (and no doubt I'd spend to much on her and it would end up pimp'd). However I am on the other side of the planet and I think she just needs something new out a box and then I don't have to think about it any more.
Cheers for the offer though mate - that would probably be perfect - but trying to sort that out with her etc would be a nghtmare.

If you need out the box, the Contessa should be a winner. I bought a (second hand one from here for her sister as well..) Contessa 20(?) and it is a great wee bike.
mrs gus 4ft 10, Spec Myka 13 (*next size 15), downcurve toptube helps so, she waited for the sales and got a deal
