Think my 30t could be a Chromag, never had the 32T SRAM one fitted and will probably need a 28t for the Alps

OneUp, Works, Wolf Tooth, RaceFace all do SRAM ones

Kore just started doing them, ditto Chromag.

Loads of options. None of them are cheap, really - EBay for RaceFace maybe your nly shot at saving a few quid.

cheers

dont rate the raceface ones, think they were far quicker, and seem to not hold the chain as well either due to the teeth profile not being as long (IMO of course)

will have a look at the others, just seen chromag have the XSYNC license on theirs, and look a bit cheaper than SRAM ones

Sram have started doing some steel direct mount chainrings that are miles cheaper than the alu ones, eg

As above, steel ones are the cheapest! Last well too. Cheaper in the UK that the Rose link above (unless you want a few of them)

id be after a 32t steel one if so! i dont mind the marginal weight gain as it will out last the alloy one tenfold

yup pretty much every other brand last longer and works better than the RF n/w rings

fwiw i think chromag & RSP do x-sync but doubt its very cheap

the race face ones are shite! honestly got 2 chains out of one, before a) it dropped on every rocky descent in sight and b) put a new chain on and it was that worn it just wouldnt mesh at all (pulling at the release point)

get through about 3 or 4 chains on my oval one from AB, but they are expensive, looks like the chromag one is a little cheaper, but dont like all the loud lairy graphics 😳

ps, knew the STEEL sram ones didnt work, they only do a 28t direct mount option that i can see

Now sure how cheap you're looking for but the Works one isn't to bad at £25.

that is cheap fathomer! I could get two for the price of one of the other brands, although the teeth do resemble very much the raceface ones
