No experience, but my Hope ceramic BB has been in 3 1/2 yrs, with just one re-grease.

The Token one I twiddled some years ago was very smooth indeed, whether it would stay that way... My Superstar one went notchy quite quickly.

Are you meant to grease them? I thought they ran dry?

Good to know, I have seen a review of the token one where after a year and a half its still running good.

My hope one lasted just over a year and a half, but that is with riding 3-4 times a week in Wales with 10 months out of twelve being of winter conditions, so can not complain as the previous shimano ones lasted 6-8 months at best
