Stock fork is 130mm but internally changeable to 120mm, how easy is it, any advice?
+ I'm presuming crown to axle length is the same on all travel options & the fork just compresses less, is this correct?

No,it will shorten axle to crown by 10mm.

Are your fork air? If so its a doddle. There are plenty of YouTube and rockshox videos around to show I out how its done. I've changed mine around now at least 5 times and it takes about 15 to 20 mins tops. And above is correct!

^^^ ditto. Just reduced some 09 SID's from 100 to 80mm and have some spare 10mm spacer's. PM in profile and I'll post one off to you today 😀

I used this as a very useful and straightforward step by step guide:

Cheers all, there should be some spacers with the fork, if there aren't I'll get back to you 🙂
