Bog basic RS sectors set at 150mm with RC damper. The DebonAir air spring upgrade looks easy and cheap.
A. is it easy and doable (swapped from coil to air before/done full services on old pikes and revs etc.
B. Would it require a new damper? if so - what?

Yes easy job, no current damper should be fine, although the new charger 2.1 dampers are amazing if your feeling flush!
