Got a new set of bushes for my Nuekproof pedal

Any one have any advice on removing the old ones.

Was just going to take a punch and try to hammer the old one out.

cheers

R,

Find the internal diameter and get a normal twist-drill a bit larger.
Hand twist the drill-bit in, then pull the bush out cleanly.

Insertion of the new is sometimes best done by having the axle in the crankarm and pushing the pedal body onto the new bush and axle, suitably greased of course.

Check out Crank Brothers videos for their pedals....even if some of their product is suspect, their servicing vids are spot on.
