I've stated here a couple of times.

http://www.riders-retreat.co.uk/morzine/accommodation/the_aiglon.php

You'd need two apartments for 10 of you, but they very good, lovely kitchens, decent showers, unground secure parking / bike storage, bike wash, tools etc.

Supermarket next door, bars/restaurants/lifts 5 min ride, 10 min walk - close enough to be useful, far enough to be quiet.

Stayed with ridemorzine in July - a week of breakfast and 3 course evening meals was £400.
Not cheap but great stay.
10 mins walk to the bars on the hill, 5 min walk from Pleney.
Cheapest way would be self catered.

Slightly out of town but quiet.
