I'm freshening the drive train on my Marin pine mountain- it's 10 speed deore (old skool!)
The chainring mounts using sram's direct mount, but I'm struggling to find a ring that has anything mentioned about 10 speed compatibility. Will this https://www.tredz.co.uk/.SRAM-X-Sync-2-Steel-Direct-Mount-Chain-Ring_201228.htm work, or am I going to run into issues with the 10 speed chain?

Should be fine - chain inner dimension hasn't changed.
