My chain is rubbing on my bash guard at about 1/5 of a full pedal stroke when im in the large front and smallest on the rear (stiffest gear).

Any suggestions?

Should i add another spacer under the drive side bottom Bracket? Put a few washers in between the crank holes and the bash guard? or is something bent?

Read the manual, make a brew, then read it again.

RF cranks have low tolerances so an accurate measuring tool is essential imo.

Unless you can feel any play you've probably got the spacers right but from memory the RF manual has specific steps for adjusting chainline.
