Ordered a nukeproof mega frame that's been stuck processing all week, is this typical for frames these days, they say they'll email tracking when shipped but still can say when, looking like the middle or end of next week now before I get it, disappointingly there was no option for next-day delivery on frames.
Ordered my frame in the black friday sale, turned up pretty quick as normal. No excessive processing time or anything.
Only issue was it came via DPD, who gave the option to change the delivery day, which I changed to a day when I'd be in, but they delivered on the original day to my neighbour anyway.
My last two orders have been dispatched promptly by CRC but they have been stuck "delayed" by Evri.
The first low value one CRC resent after 7 days and arrived the next day.
The second £180 order has gone to 7 days, CRC then asked me to wait another 2 days and now another 3!!!
It needs to be here by Saturday or they'll need to resend.
Not previously had any issues.
I ordered a Scout frame around Black Friday and it took about 3 days to dispatch. Seems a bit hit and miss, possibly depending on warehouse staffing levels?
