Anyone else having problems with deliveries from Chain reaction? I have 3 different orders, all missing!! Hermes arrived today with an empty box and told me to contact chain reaction. Filled out that customer service form for a second time but getting a response seems impossible! Is there a phone number hidden somewhere?

Fine here. Had one CRC and one Wiggle delivery last week, wife had one CRC as well - no problems with any of them. Due another Wiggle delivery to a Collect+ shop Thursday so fingers crossed.
Dont know about CRC but work for Royal Mail and parcels in the system in the last 6 weeks is crazy far more than Christmas bonkers not much help I know.
Ah okay thanks for replies. 1 was a collect plus but local store said they hadnt had any deliveries for 5 days! Very frustrating, but I suppose everyone is a bit busier than usual...
theres been a steady stream of parcels arriving from wiggle throughout lockdown without any issues... getting my moneys worth for wiggle+!
Hermes seem to have lost my new shorts. They efficiently sent me an email telling me my parcel had been delayed but would be with me in 24 hours. That was 8 days ago. I tried to raise a query but after an initial acknowledgement, I have heard no more.
