Brand new Trek Farley 2020, 0 miles on it. Getting nearly immediate chain drop in the lower (larger) few gears on the 30t chainring. Pulling my hair out trying to figure out why. Confirmed the BB and crank all have the correct spacers and are torqued to spec. Eagle is finicky about it's B screw so I made sure that was adjusted properly. Hanger isn't bent, driving me nuts. Chainline looks pretty intense when on the 50t cog, but that's common for 1x12 nowadays.

Thoughts?

How do you know the mech hanger is straight matey? Have you used a tool to check?

To be clear, are you saying it drops the chain off the 50t into the spokes?
