                    Chain keeps coming off on my mum's e-bike. Reputable bike shop doesn't know why. I don't know why. May be something to do with the hub motor, but I can't see how it would be - freehub is fine, so the action of the motor it shouldn't be slackening the chain.
It's 1x, and I can't get a NW chainring for it (120 symmetric BCD i.e. not SRAM). So a chain device is in order. It'll need to be band-on front mech type fit, probably needs to be chain-line adjustable, and needs to go up to 42t.
