Im guessing this type are better.
I used the finishline (only cos I got dead cheap)
Most of them work fine but I find it's the degrader chemical that works best (use organic too), regardless of the brushes.
I use the bath type, but instead of using degreaser I use fennix concentrate. Blingin' chain!
Similar to the park one. Lots cheaper than the Muc-off one. Use you degreaser or soap suds/washing up liquid of choice.
Has a nice big handle
HTH
Bio degrade able water rinse able de-greaser. 😀 ie Deb Jizer.
Try this bad boy an absolute steal!!!!
http://www.probikekit.com/display.php?code=T0054
SRAM chain, unclip it, sling it in some spirit, shake it about. Maybe leave it a bit. Put it back on......................
Or buy an over-complicated gizmoidwangleferkit 🙄
PMSLOL @ duntstick 😆
cheers monkeychild
i found muc off disc brake cleaner to be good with a rag, then wd40,
tried various stuff years ago and for the last ten have stuck with wd40.
Old jar/airtight box + paraffin = win. Throw in, shake shake, take out. Let crap settle, pour paraffin into another jar. Repeat next time chain needs cleaned. 4 litres of paraffin costs a fiver and will last you basically forever.
Bucket of diesel?
whats wrong with a clean rag?
green eco degreaser love it
i use muc-off chain cleaner with a bucket off ho****er and a sponge, comes out brand new, my m8 saw my bike the day after and went, "new chain?" 😀
+1 for the muc-off chain cleaner, can't believe how good it was!
The trouble i find with other chain cleaners is that they take away not only the crud but also any lube that my remain around the inner bits of chain. So what I'm using atm is Duck Oil, this makes the chain very clean but it's an oil so the chain is'nt stripped of all lube. I get it from motor factors btw.

5 gallons for £10. Dilutes 50:1. Ergo 250 gallons for £10. Cheaper than chips. Biodegradeable, and it works.
cheaps as chips that Jenga shame I have just bought a 400ml can with a bit of plastic on the top for £18 !
