I've changed many chains on hard tails but not on a full sus.
I'm going from 3x10 to 1x10 on my Cube fs so wondering if theres any difference in the method used between ht and fs?
Any pointers and advice appreciated.

Drop All the air out the rear shock a bit at a time cycling it through the travel each time to equalise the chambers
Compress the sock so the bike is sat at the bottom of it's travel, hold it their and measure the chain in the usual way.
This allows for any chain growth moving through the travel.
