I put these tubeless tyres on the above wheels and inflated using a pressure hose. i needed to take the valve core out and they popped on the rims no problem. i had one layer of muc off rim tape on top of what looked like black seal hiding the spokes in the rims.

When I took the air hose of they deflated but also popped off the rims. I've never seen this before and it made me a bit nervous that they might do this will low pressure or if i got a puncture for example as the results could be very unpleasant

They are on my gravel bike so loath to put tubes in.

Road tyres often do that when they are new out of a box.

Once they've been up and ridden and have sealant in they won't do that.

Just make sure if your rims are hookless the tyres are suitable.

Fit them with an inner tube and leave overnight before setting up tubeless? Worked for me with difficult to seat tubeless tyres...

Have you tried any other tubeless tyres? I had roval wheels and the beads would come away from the rim with no pressure regardless of how long they had been on the rim and regardless of tyre manufacturer. I have now switched to mavic wheels and this doesn’t happen. Cycle clinic talks about this on his website, his summary is that some rims are not truely tubeless compatible. I don’t want to worry you but I read a thread on road.cc about someone on roval wheels who came off his bike because his front tyre came off after a sudden loss of pressure
