I'm pretty sure my shock needs a bit of internal tweaking and I've absolutely no idea how to do that. I've played with rebound and the low and high speed compression settings but when fully open, the shock wallows.
I don't want to send it away but turn up, have a chat with knowledgeable people and they then do some tweaking and I get the bike back with it tweaked.
Plenty of places service but I don't know who tunes.

Hmm... Maybe worth a chat with Pedals in Edinburgh? I don't know about tuning as such but I do know that my basic OEM Rebas came back from a basic service feeling like a different (much better) fork.
They're my go-to guys for anything hydraulic now.

Maybe Iain at The Bike Works Stirling could help. He knows his stuff ( very close with the Deviate guys ) and regularly swaps volume spacers in and out for people.
Mate swears by Pedals in Edinburgh. Apparently they are opening up in Dunfermline and I think that most of the suspension work will be done there.
Chris at Alta in Aberdeen is also very good but obviously not exactly central belt.

Pedals did my cane creek db air last year and it’s running sweet. Didn’t know they were opening in Dunfermline as well!
I've heard good things about the guys at Greenrigg Cycles, and have used them a couple of times when my own spanner skills have failed me. I'm planning to take my Four up there in the summer to get the suspension serviced and tweaked before my trip to the Alps.
I was going to suggest Greenrig (Dougie Hay) too - I've definitely seen photos on their FB feed of a shock in many, many teeny bits. Possibly just servicing rather than in depth tuning, but worth a query in addition to Iain.
