Is anyone on here running a CCDB on a lapierre spicy? I can't find any base set ups on the lounge and its my first CCDB so its not set up right.

download the tuning guide,print it out and follow it to the letter, start from middle for diddle, adjust til you get the feeling you want following the instructions. and voilà a personalised set up that works 'for you'.

What year Spicy? I run a DBair on my 2013 zesty, but with a spicy shock shuttle to give me 160mm travel. However, the 2013 bike has significantly revised OST+ geo, so my settings could / will be miles off for you!
