Hi all,

I've had a ccdb air fitted to my bike for the last 8 months or so and its been great, however on a ride yesterday I noticed that it was topping out in rather a harsh way, sending a knock through the frame. It couldnt be heard, but could definately be felt.

Any of the suspension guru's on here got any advice?

If it matters, just before this ride I did notice that it was low on air (it was down to 100psi where it should be 140psi), so I topped it up, and now I get this top out knock.

Nothing else has changed, damping settings have not been altered.

I haven't played with the CCDB air, but possibly the negative air chamber hasn't equalised with the increased pressure of the positive air chamber? If you lower the pressure back down to 100psi does it stop the bad top out?

Thanks for that, negative air spring was my first thought as well.

I will deflate the shock completely and follow the cc instructions for initial setup of the shock, and see if that fixes it.
