Have C&B Seen Cree Light - this is it's 3rd winter with light use only and the battery lasted 10 mins tonight. The battery has prob had c.25 charges in total and no use over summer. I know they're maybe budget priced but my Lumicycle set up lasted 7-8 years brilliantly, and my Exposure Joystick is in its 4th year and seems as good as new so bit disappointed (and I didnt use these lights over summer so they had similar dormant down-time).
Any similar experiences of C&B? And need a new battery pack but loath to buy another C&B if longevity is poor... any recess for other packs that are compatible? Thanks
Ask them - they generally have a good reputation.
Give them a call and see what they say. I've been considering their lights so I'd be interested to hear how they deal with this sort of situation.
Had two of the same light for 3 years, three batteries all going strong despite being abused like hell!
Give them a call, the strap on one of the battery sleeves broke after 6 months and they sent me a new one after I mentioned it to them.
