Any other tyres anyone is aware of that I can search to purchase?
Was hoping to get a pair of Cazadero's from VeloVitality but can't get hold of anyone there.
Skinwall/Gumwall only, ideally 38c-50c width, mild gnar tread.
Thank you kindly.
@Captain Flasheart the gravel king sk come in a 40c but blackwall only and I'm vain.
@wzzzz the Steilacoon are probably too gnar for the road use too. Shame.
Hmm. That pic was from a 2017 preview. Worth a call to Zyro maybe.....
@CFH done.
I've been using some of the Cazaderos on my Kite for a while now and they are excellent. Really amazingly good tyre off-road for the level of knobliness. Remind me a lot of a great mixed terrain tyre I liked years ago - the WTB Allterrainasaurus.
Thanks Sam. They are top of my list, just can't get any!
I scored mine lightly used through the eBay global shipping programme.
Try ringing UK Soma dealers, e.g.
https://cycleworx.co.uk/collections/soma
http://www.sbccycles.com
http://www.brixtoncycles.co.uk
Theres a few EU dealers listed on the website too.
Specialised Sawtooth will fit the bill. Tubeless & fast rolling.
Update; Winstanleys say April/May for the skinwall gravel king sk.
Jelle, my man in the Netherlands, seems to have some in stock, that's where I got mine. http://www.justpedal.nl/en/tiretires/1219-soma-cazadero-700x42b-skinwall.html
Just zombie threading this as I have pictures and stuff.
As a trip to Canada was already booked I bought some Rock n Roads direct from Bruce Gordon and had them posted to my friends in Canada.
They went up tubeless and I used them on my Ridgeway trip.
Cue shot in use

and a measurement shot on DTSwiss XM412 25mm internal width rims
I'd also pre-ordered a pair of the Gravelking SK 700x40c gumwall from Winstanleys and despite a slight delay from the manufacturer they arrived last Friday so I fitted them for the current conditions.
Again on the DTSwiss XMs
Had a blast through the local bridleways on them and really impressed.
