Hi,
Does anyone have one of these ? I have just bought one and it's not clear how to replace the front pad
There is a grey fitting inside that supports the pads and it connects to the helmet about 1/3 from the front of the helmet. It looks as of this has to be pulled out to replace the front pad but I don't want to force it as it is very tight.
Can anyone help please

Yep, pull that front bit out, where it connects directly above your temples. I've only done it once; when I first got it and put a thicker pad in there. I don't think it looks like it shoudl be done too often.
