Possibly heading to the lakes this weekend, is it worth having a ride round/through Cathdral Cavern? anyone done it? any route recommendations? Otherwise I'll piece something together myself off the map.

Loughrigg tilberthwaite iron keld type routes are decent enough cathedral cavern is just a big old slate quarry with a tunnel to it. Worth a peek if ypure passing it - 2 mins off tilberthwaite trail but you'd be disappointed if you built ypure weekend around it
