You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
I've had a convertible Castelli Perfetto for 7-8 years and really like but it's starting to come un-stitched in a couple of places and it's a bit bigger than I'd like these days.
I've tried a newer one, mediums to small and the large feels a tad to big. So looking for something very similar which will hopefully fit a bit better.
So suggestions please.
Lusso, made in Manchester and top quality kit!
Every brand seemingly does its own version these days, there's loads of options. Castelli seems to do about 10 subtly different versions and I bet the fit is slightly different on all of them.
Stolen Goat Kiko range, or same fabric (Tempest) but less funky options from Bioracer
And of course Galibier Mistral or Grand Tour depending on how much you ride in proper wet weather.
Stolen Goat +1
Presumably named because most of their stuff seemed to be rebranded Bioracer, and if you’re going to nick designs and fabrics, steel the greatest of all… ?
Well that’s what I like to think anyway.
Either way it’s very good kit.
If you can find them the Ale jackets are comparable but a bit expensive compared to Stolen Goat. I have some of the short sleeve ones with the arm warmers for colder mornings.
Add Sportful Fiandre to your list. Often deals to be found, and I really like the one I've had for a couple of years now
Thanks everyone. Had a quick look and it's a bit of a minefield trying to work out which is essentially a lightweight close fitting softshell. Will have a better look later.
