Had my carbon Wilier Izoard road bike for one year now.
Just last couple of weeks has started creaking when climbing out of the saddle. Creak is a dull creak, quite loud, and seems to resonate around seat tube, top tube junction. Sound can be reproduced by pushing sideways on the cranks when bike is stationary. No sound when sitting on the bike and riding normally, even at high intensity.
Haven't got BB tools but trip to LBS is imminent. No visible signs of damage to frame.
Any clues?

loose/dry pedal or BB threads is a likely cause.
