I've a set of carbon forks on my hardtail and I noticed a play in the front wheel. On inspection the metal sleeve/collar on the opposite side to the brake mount that the through axle passes to the nut is loose. It moves around by about 1mm, maybe 2.
Are the forks toast or can they be repaired?
