I've been round and round in circles pondering an upgrade to my kinesis pro 6 given that everything has been upgraded to full hydraulic ultegra (though not flat mount). Existing hubs are novatech 771/772 and I'd like to get everything across to a new frame without having to faff too much with new hubs/wheel rebuilds etc.

Argon18 krypton X looks nice but doesn't get the pulse racing too much (qr front and rear)

New Focus Paralane does, but I've seen neither in the flesh (and probs won't see the focus for a while yet). I

Any other options? Genesis datum perhaps?

It'll be my only road bike and would like a bit of versatility to sneak off down some gentle bridleways etc if the mood/route takes me!

Any thoughts?

Chinese? 🙄

Using the above as a road/commuter with drop bars. The steering is lazy but it's so comfortable and so fast. Pretty lightweight too, mines 8.85kg with 105 and heavy Fulcrum Racing Sport DB wheels.

Tempting, but half the problem for me is trying one for size! Bad enough with the brands. Also I always seem to fall between sizes. Looks nice though.

If it helps; I'm 6ft with 34" inside leg and the 55cm was the best fit.

I'm not too far away. Ta for that.

Anyone with any knowledge of Focus - buying frame only. Seem pricey when you look at the completes.
