I've recently replaced my suspension forks with rigid carbon forks. In the current weather they're obviously getting wet and muddy and I was wondering whether there's anything to be mindful of when cleaning carbon.

They seem robust enough just to be wiped down (although gritty mud does make me wonder) but can I use GT85 and/or other cleaning products on them (I've no idea what may affect the resin)?

should not have any issues just washing them with warm soapy water or muc off and rinsing

I like to apply a bike polish afterwards to add a protective layer which helps stops mud sticking and makes the bike looks nice!
