I've just refitted mrs_oabs lovely USE bar to her new bike. The old end plugs were just spares I had a few years ago.

The other spares and new end plugs I've got are not fitting in due to the thicker carbon and a small insert to support bar ends. That includes a pair of 'clamp in' ones, not just plastic push in.

Any suggestions of end plugs for smaller diameter end of bars?

You could just whittle down the ones you have.

I’ve got wolftooth ones in my nukeproof carbons. They go down to quite a small size

I prefer a lightly chilled Manzanilla.

TT bar extensions are in a smaller diameter. Have a search. And these will learn her when she drops the bike like my kids did 😉

🙂
The aesthetic police however won't allow those plugs extending beyond the barend fitted to the bars..
