Yes looking for the same myself

I'm torn between a Chinese self build or a Sensa fiori from merlin

Chunky,

I've been looking at the Chinese frame on ebay.

I take it you haven't had any problems with it?

These chaps. http://www.carbonality.com/

Easy to deal with. Got some carbon road wheels recently. They are spot on.

My Gaea. 17in frame and I'm 5ft 9. Now running a 36t Absolute Black ring, no chain guide and flat bars. Weighs just under 19lbs.

Mine is a Carbonal Avenger 19" (I'm 5'11 with 32" inside leg)

I ordered it on a Tuesday and it arrived the following Monday, no charge on mine. Mine was a lot cheaper than they are now.

Well packed and it took about 15 mins to actually unwrap the frame. Everything was faced and the frame is dead straight (unlike some expensive brands I've had before).

The internal cable routing is superb and no rattle whatsoever. Luckily my Hope hub provides enough warning of my approach. This thing is silent.

Chunky a few questions with regards your Avenger.

Ive a cannondale flash alloy but thinking of going for the Avenger and banging my lefty (white) on it. Was your lefty originally a white model with it having the white clamp areas?

Also whats the weight with the kit you have on it?...I run pretty similar spec including saddle 🙂

It's a Carbon DLR, so the black is just the bare carbon. The white clamps were standard on this issue.

I've no idea of the weight, I'm guessing about 20lbs?
