The Rough Stuff Fellowship Instagram ( https://www.instagram.com/rsfarchive/ - have a look) is posting up a lot of their archive images currently and there's some great pics.

This one is really special. It's like someone drew a straight line across a map and they followed it.

"Contour lines, don't talk to me about contour lines"

I saw that earlier and thought the original caption of”Bob’s easy way” couldn’t be topped, but rather it invites a competition to find an image to answer the question “then what the hell is Bob’s difficult way?” 🙂

Brilliant!
I think to tie in with the photo on the fourth row of that link.
"What length of rope did you pack?"

Woah! Amazing link! My Dad's in some of those pics, and I know a lot of the other people too, mainly from the RSF Lancashire group. I've got loads of RSF pics at home from 1960's to 1990's, is somebody on here the person who owns that Instagram account? I think I'll message them.

That collection of pictures is brilliant. Certainly adds some context into the cheeky trails debate. These guys just rode what they wanted.

Takes the "insta" out of instagram somewhat 🙂

Great pictures though - I'll be following along and I might even buy a book.

"I say Ted, there are some folk in California making bikes that will make riding this easy."
"Easy?" replied Roger. "What's the point in that!"

"Just imagine, wouldn't it be wonderful if, one day, you could just press a button and the bike would pedal itself?"

I'm guessing these are the result of the scanning the guys have done for the RSF book that was on Kickstarter.
Really looking forward to the book and have enjoyed the regular updates on progress.
My first Kickstarter but realise they aren't all this well executed!
