Anyone got one? if so what's it like?
Also anyone had dealings with Canyon for general frame type issues/warranty etc?
I've got the 2012 FRX 8.0 dropzone. Had it for a couple of months now and am absotuley loving it. Frame is solid (been to FoD, Woburn, Chicksands and local spots. Rear end is nice and stiff. Black anodised finish looks realy sweet - although not sure how long it will stay that way (it's being well used).
The service I received from Canyon was excellent when ordering. They were able to dispatch a week earlier than the website said and delivery only took 2 days from Germany.
I've not had any warranty issues but am really pleased with there initial service level.
The springs on the fork and shock were stiffer than I would have gone for given the choice but I did order the freeride version so I can't complain.
Got a Nerve AM 9X. The paint on the frame has gone a bit like snakeskin on the top tube so I emailed them about it. They offered straight away to replace the frame if that's what I wanted so are picking it up from me soon. Can't fault their customer service.
Great bike too.
