Just ordered a Sender 7. Was told on phone dispatch could be a late as 5th Sept (and obviously I can't even rely on that date), with UK delivery taking 5-8 days. So pretty tight for my hol to Whistler on 15th! How long are peoples' Senders taking to arrive in UK? Worst case can use my old DH bike and cancel if this is late but would be bummed. I can cancel at any point before dispatch right? The guy on phone said so but the T&Cs are confusing.
Apparently the bike is sitting in a warehouse, but it takes over 2 weeks to swap brakes.
i've received two canyons this year both arriving 2 working days ahead of their 10 day sla, both were in stock at the time.
Just taken delivery of a strive from stock. Took 11 working days from payment clearing to be collected by UPS but then took just 2 days to arrive with me.
