Ive just gone to put a longer stem on my Canyon Ultimate CF SLX. The diameter of the steerer tube clamp on the new 110mm stems all seem narrower than the Ritchey that came supplied (I ordered 2 to see which I preferred). Do Canyon use a different size steerer tube to the rest of the world? If so what is the diameter so I can order a longer stem?

Yep....its a slighly bigger size. think its 1&1/4. instead of the usual 1&1/8th.
Ritchie do the larger size as far as I can recall

They do indeed. Along with Giant.
Ritchey, Pro and Giant all do stems to fit. You need the 1 1/4 version.
