Has any helpful person changed their headset on their Canyon nerve XC for a hope one? If so can you tell me what I need to buy to save me getting it wrong. Thanks in advance
Can't comment on the Nerve but if they're anything like the road bikes its a Canyon specific headset.

When you find out what cups then you can pick them from there.
Current spec lists says Cane Creek 40

which is fairly standard in terms of fitting.
Probably just drop canyon a mail with your frame year, the codes should match the ones in the hope sheet.
Failing that standard advice to pop into a LBS that sells hope.
