Does anyone have any recent experience of Canyon's customer service? I'm getting increasingly frustrated by them.
My experience to date:
May 2020 - Neuron CF9 arrives
October 2020 - rear pivot bolt snaps.
Customer services advise delivery between 14-18 December for a replacement. Further investigation reveals that many other Neuron's suffer the same fault
December 2020 - no bolt...
4 January - a package finally arrives with...the wrong part!
5 January - Canyon apologize by email and say they'll be in touch
11 January - I ask for an update on live chat. "Sorry, no orders to UK at the minute" Fine what is my new order number? "I'll, pass you on to a colleague". Customer advisor number 2 "how can I help?" After 10 minutes, I receive a new order supposedly for the correct replacement part. I leave the chat. The order tracker doesn't recognize the new order number.....
I know that Brexit is a ball ache but if anyone is considering buying a Canyon, I'd seriously give some thought to the prospects of getting any issues resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
