I have a bikehubstore hub laced onto pacenti sl23 for my commuting. The freehub needed replaced so I have a spare now but now can't get the bloody old one off. It looks to use a 5mm and 10mm allen keys but no amount of torque will get the second end cap off. Anyone got any advice?

I'd guess only one end cap comes off, and the axle taps through with the other still attached.

It's very rare hubs don't come apart easily. Usually you're doing it wrong. I get this a lot.

Any pictures of the hub. It's probably a generic one rebranded
