Hi,im thinking about getting a cannondale trail ss,any advice size wise
im 5'11" and have had large and medium before.

I am 5 10 and have a medium Trail SS which is right for me.

5'8" on the medium, I suspect you'll be on the cusp of med/large.

5ft 10 and medium on both my Jekyll and Flash 29 er. Prefer smaller than going larger.

I am 5' 11" on a medium, however I do feel it could be a bit longer even with the longish stem on it. I reckon you would be better off on a large to be honest.
