Am needing a stem with a bit more rise for my Cannondale with Fatty Headshok. Anybody got any ideas where to get one as I've searched and can't find anything? Local dealers were unable to help either as its a slightly older bike ie 2003
Your best bet is ebay for normal size or http://www.cannondale-parts.de/Headshok-stem for o/s.
I know when looking myself could only pick up 25.4 stems on ebay

Headshocks and lefty's all use the same stem i think (apart from new lefty where stem is steerer). Plenty go on ebay, i listed a 130mm one a few weeks ago and somebody actually bought it!!!!
If you're not too bothered about the C'dale logo then you could try Hope or Truvativ AKA, Holzfeller etc.

What size are you after? I've got Fatty 100 20 254. Which translates as 100mm 20 deg rise and 25.4 bars.
