Planning a trip here early part of next week(trying to tick places off before my knees blow up fully), as I’m not local at all and would prefer not to waste the journey or have it suck!

What are the trails like after the recent weather? Armoured? Natural etc.

Happy to deal with the weather on the day but if the trails are borked or underwater I’d rather go somewhere different.

thanks all

I live an hour away but Monkey trail/FTD TBH is one local place I always think does well in the wet, and it really hasn't been that wet locally. It is very well used, and the more fun parts like lower cliff tracks, are tired but still worth riding. If you've never been, it's definitely worth a look at least once

The Dog and Monkey get very puddly after rain but dont go soggy. Perry Trail (Blue) seems to be holding up better but has a pointless diversion. The natural stuff is hit and miss you need to know where your going or accept it will be hit and miss, easy to find off Upper and Lower Cliff & on the hill opposite.
